Our skilled workforce is fully trained, allowing them to work on the most basic, independent access scaffold towers to very intricate and complicated cantilever, birdcage, and beamed scaffolds. We also have substantial experience in working closely with the public, providing safe protection fans for public walkways.
Basic Scaffolding Towers
Our basic scaffolding towers are free-standing structures with a base dimension not exceeding 9 m2.
These towers could either be static or mobile depending on the scope of your project. We supply three different systems:
- Kwikstage Towers (Heavy Duty)
- Self-Lock Towers (Light Duty)
- Aluminium Towers (Super Light Duty)
Independent Scaffolding Structure
Independent scaffolding structures along the façade of a building to ensure your workforce has safe access when working at heights. The scaffolding is used to create access for painting, plastering, construction work, signage, steelwork installations, roofing, gutter works and windows.
Advanced Scaffolding
We can make the impossible, possible. Advanced scaffolding is required when a contractor has no possible way to reach an area safely without our expertise. We use a combination of ladder beams, unit beams, cantilevers, fittings and support work to achieve our goals. We take pride in these projects and have extensive experience in this arena.
Basic Staircase structures
Independent scaffolding structures along the façade of a building to ensure your workforce has safe access when working at heights. The scaffolding is used to create access for painting, plastering, construction work, signage, steelwork installations, roofing, gutter works and windows.
Custom Staircase structures
We often encounter situations where pre-fabricated staircases or access ladders are not ideal. We design custom staircases that consist of boards, components and tubing that create a much wider access than a traditional staircase.
Birdcage Scaffolding
These structures are typically required to cover a larger base area. Birdcage scaffolding is primarily used to create safe access for work on ceilings, over machinery, etc.
Ladderbeam Scaffolding
Ladderbeam scaffolding is used to span across distances where scaffolding cannot be erected from the ground up. This method is used in extreme circumstances and it has become more popular over the last few years. We use ladder beams to span over canopies, entrances, swimming pools, sloped roofing, etc…
Circular Scaffolding
Even though scaffolding is square and rectangular by definition, rounded structures can also be wrapped in scaffolding.
Crash Decks
Crash decks are installed to prevent minor incidents due to falling objects. They have also served as temporary parking spaces and shade cover for events, etc.
Rubble Chutes
Rubble chutes can be used to dispose of various types of debris from elevated work areas. This is installed when clients have difficulty removing rubble through traditional methods. The rubble chute consists of heavy-duty buckets latched together with chains and fittings within a scaffolding structure.
Safety Aprons
Safety Aprons prevent debris from falling from working platforms. It is placed underneath the platform and protrudes at a 45-degree upwards angle. These heavy-duty aprons consist of thick steel mesh with 80% dense netting.
Formwork
We supply formwork comprising of kwikstage components and wooden girder beams. This is mainly used to cast concrete slabs for new construction. Props are available for back propping as well as column boxes and components for casting columns.
